Jenny Littlejohn - Profile
As a result of being coached, coaching others and myself, I feel I have developed more as a person, both professionally and personally, in the last few years than I have in the previous 20! My belief and vision around what’s possible for me and my business has increased 100 fold in that time. My personal experience is that the more we understand ourselves; our behaviour, beliefs, motivators and values; the more we can understand what has previously held us or our business back and the more clarity we have around what we really want and more importantly how to get it.
As a coach I love seeing the amazing transformations people make in such a short space of time, sometimes after just one session. People tell me I’m very intuitive and have a gift for asking the right question at the right time. My style is warm, informal, creative and fun and sometimes challenging. I’m passionate about helping people overcome any limiting beliefs that may have held them back and getting them motivated and energised to achieve their goals.
I love creating and running seminars and workshops for groups; encouraging people to learn and move out of their comfort zones in a fun and inspiring environment.
Having changed career quite a few times in my life without the benefit of traditional career advice, guidance, direction or coaching, I understand how challenging and confusing it can be to find your ideal work. Despite many people telling me there was no such thing as my ideal work and that I should basically ‘just get on with it’, I knew deep down that there was something out there for that made me feel energised, motivated and purposeful. Now that I have found it, I can tell you with total honesty that it is possible and that you absolutely deserve to find it.
My journey so far:
- IT – starting as a technician, but swiftly moving on to project and account management, training and consultancy. Much of my experience has been working in or for large blue-chip companies.
- Sports Therapy – a complete change of direction, running my own business as a sports therapist and working for Richmond Rugby Club during their professional years. Challenging, enlightening and lots of fun, but quickly realised this was not my vocation.
- Marketing – Business Director for a marketing consultancy, responsible for managing the sales & marketing campaigns for clients such as The Gleneagles Hotel. Lots of strategic planning, client management and sales-team management.
